Status (8 Sep 2026): applications are submitted continuously at 212founders.co, with cohorts processed in two batches - Winter (February/March) and Summer (September/October), so the Summer batch is the near-term window. Structure: a four-month equity-free programme with the option of a follow-on convertible note of up to US$500,000, plus masterclasses, mentor pairings and founder workshops. Priority sectors: fintech, healthtech, edtech, mobility, agritech, AI and climate. Requirements: a working MVP with early traction such as paying users or pilot contracts, a full-time founding team, and Moroccan registration or a commitment to register a Moroccan entity.
