The network of 500+ innovation hubs across 53 African countries
A pan-African network connecting technology and innovation hubs, with programmes, funding calls and an annual continental gathering.
Use when
You want to plug into your local innovation hub, or track continental programmes that recruit through hub networks.
Skip when
You are looking for direct funding - this is a network and convener, not an investor.
Represents more than 500 hubs across 232 cities in 53 countries and a community of over a million innovators. Practically, it is how you find the hub nearest you and how continental programmes reach founders - AfriLabs is the implementing partner for UNDP timbuktoo, so several accelerator calls run through it. The 11th Annual Gathering is in Cotonou, Benin, 18-20 November 2026.
