Day-zero venture building and investment in Lagos
Antler's Nigeria residency, blending traditional acceleration with a venture-building model that backs founders before a company exists.
Use when
You are a Nigeria-based operator with strong domain expertise who wants to be backed while building from zero.
Skip when
You want grant funding, or you are not able to commit full time to a residency.
Status (8 Sep 2026): Antler runs residencies in both Kenya and Nigeria - check the Nigeria page for the current cohort dates, which run separately from Nairobi. Terms follow Antler's standard model: an initial investment for equity at the residency stage plus a pre-committed follow-on to match your next round. You do not need an existing startup or co-founder to apply. Antler backs fewer than 1% of applicants globally.
