Status (8 Sep 2026): applications are accepted on an ongoing basis, either at DER/FJ regional offices across Senegal or online via der.sn. Direct individual financing for micro-entrepreneurs and women traders ranges from 100,000 to 1,500,000 FCFA as interest-free loans repayable over a set period; larger tracks exist for structured businesses. Documents needed: financing request, national ID, a simplified business plan or activity description, proof of residence, and registration documents for existing structures. Processing takes four to twelve weeks.
