Status (20 Aug 2026): the latest application windows shown on the official site are closed. Funding is a convertible grant, not a no-strings grant: programme terms give NSSF a right to exercise a 6% equity stake within three years, reducible under specified fundraising conditions. Accelerator applicants generally need a fully registered Ugandan business, two years of operations, at least UGX 20m revenue over the prior two years, two participating founders and completion of the pre-accelerator.
