Status (8 Sep 2026): applications run in periodic labelling sessions through the Startup Portal, which is the central access point for both Label and Pre-Label. Eligibility: the company must be no older than 8 years, have fewer than 100 employees, have more than two thirds of shareholders as founders or angel/hedge fund investors, and run an innovative, preferably technology-based business model that meaningfully boosts economic growth. The process is entirely digital - register, complete the form and upload legal documents.
