Status (8 Sep 2026): the programme runs in numbered rounds - round 16 is the most recently announced, so check the TIEC site for the current call. Structure: 12 hands-on workshops and 6 mentoring sessions over 12 weeks, covering business planning, technology milestones and investor pitch preparation. It is government funded and comes at no cost to the entrepreneurs. Participating startups receive cash funding, consultancy, software and hardware tools, marketing support, office workspace and expert mentoring. It runs across five governorates - Cairo, Alexandria, Mansoura, Assiut and Menia - with expansion planned.
