Coverage: Nigeria, Ghana, Liberia, Sierra Leone and The Gambia. Eligibility: 18 or older with English proficiency; there are no academic prerequisites. Format: an intensive leadership programme of multi-day virtual seminars with group and individual assignments in between, designed so fellows keep working. This is leadership development and network access, not a cash grant to your company.
