Skip when
You are more than ten years old, past Series B, or have no working company website, all of which disqualify you. The six-figure tiers need a provider relationship you cannot self-serve into, so the realistic self-serve figure is $1,000.
Status (21 Sep 2026): open continuously, no deadline. Self-serve Founders tier gives US$1,000 in credits with up to $5,000 unlocked over time; the Portfolio tier, which requires an introduction from an AWS Activate Provider such as an accelerator or VC, reaches $100,000 and above, and a generative-AI tier is cited as high as $300,000. No equity is taken. Credits expire, so do not claim them before you have something to run.
