Status (8 Sep 2026): applications are submitted through the national portal in review sessions. Ecosystem scale as reported for 2026: over 2,000 startups, more than 450 labelled companies, 3.5 billion DZD accumulated by the Algerian Startup Fund and around 12,000 direct jobs created. Algeria Venture is the national public accelerator that supports labelled startups with hands-on programmes to de-risk them for investment. The label is the prerequisite for most public support, so treat it as step one rather than an alternative to funding.
