Status (8 Sep 2026): rolling application. Credits are framed on the live page around venture backing - 'Backed by a VC? You may qualify' and 'Mention your investor when you apply' - with no advertised bootstrapped credit tier, so widely-quoted figures for a direct application should be treated as unconfirmed. Practical minimums: a registered entity, a company-domain email and a Claude Console account. Credits are first-party Claude API through Console only, not redeemable via AWS Bedrock or Google Vertex. Non-credit benefits (community, events, early access) are open to any founder now.
