Award: Start tier gives US$2,000 in Google Cloud credits valid 12 months, US$200 in Google Skills credits, 12 months of free Workspace Business Plus and free-tier AI Studio access. Scale (up to US$200K) and AI-First (up to US$350K) tiers both require qualifying equity. Hard gate: the company must have been founded within the last 24 months. Google explicitly refuses non-profits, government bodies, educational institutions, dev shops, consultancies and agencies. You need a public company website, a matching company email and an 18-character Cloud billing account ID.
